Daily-reset activities worth doing every day

general Tip

The day resets at 5:00 AM local time and refreshes Daily Challenges, the PC's rotating shop, glowing dig spots, a free full PP heal, and Drifloon's Dream Island trip — all worth hitting before logging off.

Pokopia's day rolls over at 5:00 AM by your system clock, and a handful of things reset with it: Daily Challenges at the PC (a quick, easy source of Life Coins separate from the standing Challenge list), the daily rotating shop stock (furniture, recipes, and kits that change day to day), glowing dig spots scattered across the map, and a once-per-day full PP refill available from the healing machine at the Pokémon Center without spending any food.

Drifloon is the other big daily hook — hand it a Legendary doll (Dragonite, Arcanine, and others) once a day and it ferries you to a themed Dream Island stocked with that doll's associated rare materials (Pokemetal near the Dragonite island, Gold Ore near the Volcanic/Arcanine island, and so on). Unlocking a Cloud Island lets Drifloon make this run twice in the same day instead of once, effectively doubling your daily rare-material ceiling.

Because glowing spots reset daily and aren't guaranteed to drop anything specific, one source notes an increased spawn rate on Sundays, making Sunday sessions a good time to prioritize digging over other chores if you're specifically hunting rare drops like Mysterious Slates or relics.

The Sunday spawn-rate boost is reported by only one source and isn't cross-verified elsewhere.
